Meet Haileslasie Gerdem.
Owner & Founder
Clinical Lab Professional, Cincinnati VA Hospital
Haileslasie Gerdem has spent his career inside the healthcare system as a clinical lab professional at the Cincinnati VA Hospital, where he sees every day how reliable transportation can be the difference between a kept appointment and a missed one.
He started Hubrom NEMT Services to bring that healthcare-grade attention to a part of the patient journey most providers overlook: the ride. Hubrom is locally owned and operated — when you call, you're talking to Haileslasie or a teammate who takes your trip personally.
Today Hubrom serves passengers across Warren, Butler, and Hamilton Counties with ambulatory medical transportation. Wheelchair-accessible service is launching soon.

Many plans cover non-emergency medical transportation. We'll work with your provider.

Straightforward per-trip pricing based on distance. Family members can pay on a passenger's behalf.
